Article Analyzer is a Python pipeline that scans large batches of PubMed literature to identify where immune cell types and metabolic pathways co‑occur. By aggregating information from numerous publications, it automatically maps how these key elements of immunometabolism are related and reduces the chance that important findings are overlooked.
The pipeline generates visualisations such as network graphs and heatmaps to reveal meaningful patterns at a glance. Although inspired by immunometabolism, it can be configured to explore other topics and correlations, making it a flexible tool for retaining knowledge over time and minimising bias when reviewing scientific literature.
